Morning Practices will begin on June 1, 2026.

Monday – Friday

• 7:30 - 8:30 AM Session #1 - 13 and older
• 8:30 - 9:25 AM Session #2 - Ages 9 -12
• 9:25 - 10:05 AM Session #3 - 8 and under

Evening practices will take place on: May 26, 27, 28

• 5:30 - 6:30 - Group 1
• 6:30 - 7:30 - Group 2

Evening practices will also be offered Monday and Wednesday for 2 additional weeks (until June 10) to accomodate swimmers enrolled in private schools who finish their school year later than SPCS schools.

The morning after a swim meet practice is a ⚡Fun Practice⚡.

• 8:15 AM-9:00 AM -- 13 and up
• 9:00 AM-9:20 AM -- Ribbons (All ages)
• 9:20 AM -10:00 AM -- 12 and under
