Team Lightning,

Thank you again to all who have volunteered their time for finals. As of this afternoon the remaining open positions are:

• Starter for the 3rd Session. Only remaining trained position still open.

• Lane Checker for Lane #6 – According to the RSL, this person simply stands at the lane for the first session and help younger swimmers, making sure they are where they need to be.

• Ribbons for the 3rd session. Entails putting stickers on the ribbons as the events are completed.

• Safety Marshall/Door Marshall – (Need 2) Ensures that people are not going where they shouldn't. They usually have them posted around the pool. We still need someone for each session. Note: You can see all the action from this spot and also have freedom to move for your swimmer’s events.

• Set-Up – (Need 1) Admittedly difficult because it starts at 1:00pm. This role requires listening to the host team’s directions on where to place people, material, etc.

• Take-Down – (Need 2) Ensure things are packed up at the close of the meet. Do not expect significant work or time.
