Team Lightning,

This is it - the final week! The RSL Finals will be conducted this coming Friday, starting 4:00pm at the Jeff Rouse Swim Center in Stafford.

The short time between now and then demands full honesty -- we are not in a good place with our volunteer alignment. 

Finals are organized somewhat different from a normal meet, and each team is assigned particular jobs to fill. Our current status is detailed in the attached spreadsheet. 

Please take a look at this spreadsheet and volunteer via SwimTopia where you are able. I will send an email summarizing our progress at the end of each day between now and Friday.
