Meet Location: Hopyard Farm Pool

Pool and Parking Details: The Hopyard Farm pool is a six lane, 25 meter pool.
Parking at the clubhouse is plentiful, however if parking fills up, please feel free to park on the surrounding streets (being mindful of driveways, mailboxes, and hydrants).

When to Arrive: Lee’s Hill has warm-ups from 5:15 p.m. to 5:45 p.m. Hopyard requests that all swimmers are out of the pool by 5:50 p.m. Please plan to arrive by 5:00 p.m.

What to Look For: Both teams will have space on the pool deck. Our designated space is on the side of the pool closest to the tennis courts. They recommend we enter on the path that is nearest the tennis courts. Restrooms and showers are located in the gym area separated from the main clubhouse – we are not allowed in the clubhouse. Special Notes:

• Their HOA does not allow use of the pool deck furniture for either team during swim meets. We are allowed to bring our own chairs or canopies.
• Use of the toddler pool and zero-entry pool area are prohibited during the swim meet.

Rules:
All rules of the RSL are in effect.
No photos or videos of any kind permitted behind the blocks at any time.

Concessions:
Cash and credit card are accepted (credit cards have a small convenience fee). Hopyard was kind enough to share an advance copy of their food menu – attached with this message.

Volunteering: A huge thank you for the generous offering of your time for this first meet. We filled all but one of the 31 jobs available with time to spare! We still need one *Scorekeeper* for the second half. This position does require training (Training Info - RSL Swimming).
