Each year we put a call out for volunteers and each year our parents respond generously.
This year is no exception; we need you all to participate in all areas of the program from committees to timing during the meets, from refereeing, to getting out there and soliciting Corporate Sponsor on behalf of our team and children. Each year we need approximately 2500 plus hours of valued volunteer time to run a program of our size. This means the children and your team need you!! Please contact us, and volunteer your time, energy, skills, enthusiasm, and resources!! We can not do it without you being a committed partner in the lives of our children. Thank you all in advance for helping make this year's summer program the most successful ever for our kids.
Sign up for jobs will done online this year. We are using My Sign Up, www.mysignup.com. It is a free program that allows us to manage our workers. In the lower left corner you'll need to enter this email address - leehillswims@yahoo.com. You will need to click on the links to each meet to sign up. You will be required to put your name and your email address. I will be sending reminder emails throughout the summer of your jobs, but please make note of your jobs on your own calendar as well.
